We are looking for enthusiastic Class A drivers, especially those who have recently completed their truck driving education, to become part of our team dedicated to effective freight management. The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Starting Pay: Competitive rates between $0.55 and $0.65 CPM, with projected weekly earnings ranging from $1,375 to $1,700 based on driving approximately 2,500 to 2,800 miles each week.
• Load Management: Mainly handling 50% drop-and-hook loads.
• Stop Pay: Receive $15 for each stop, with most routes requiring only 1-2 stops.
• Home Time: Scheduled every two weeks for two days, with efforts made to align home time with weekends (not guaranteed).
• Trainee Pay: $650 per week during the training period, which involves 250-300 hours of driving before moving to solo driving at a starting pay of $0.55 CPM.
• Training Requirements: Trainee drivers should be ready to operate OTR during training due to a limited number of trainers available.
• Pet and Rider Policy: Drivers may bring a dog or a rider from day one (not allowed during training).

• Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL. No DOT preventable accidents causing damages over $1,750 in the last 2 years, and no major accidents with costs exceeding $2,500 in damages or claims. Any DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years will disqualify applicants. Candidates should have no more than 2 preventable incidents in the past 2 years (with damages under $1,750) and must not have been terminated from their previous job due to safety concerns. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI in a commercial vehicle in the last 5 years and must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
