Job Overview:
The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the lifecycle of signage projects. This position demands a detail-oriented professional who can manage materials, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with vendors and clients. You’ll work independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring every aspect of the project is executed seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to provide technical and logistical support during the quoting process.


• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking project-specific materials with a focus on accuracy.


• Assist in projects and scheduling and coordinate with operations to ensure deadlines are met.


• Support permitting processes with a methodical approach to documentation and follow-up.


• Maintain meticulous records of project tasks and communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Qualifications:

• 
  Technical Skills :

· Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PDFs, and email systems.

· Strong aptitude for basic math and measurements.

· Ability to analyze data and identify the most efficient solutions to project needs.

Behavioral Skills :

· Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to task completion.

· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
