Senior Automation Design Engineer (11149)
Who They Are
We're working with a major manufacturer that is looking to add a Senior Automation Design Engineer to their team. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll design and build custom machinery and systems for production across multiple facilities. You’ll have high visibility and the chance to make a direct impact by delivering innovative and data‑driven equipment improvements. This company offers a strong culture and strong support for skill development (PLC, HMI, Lean/Six Sigma training). You would have the chance to own your projects from concept to execution!
What You’ll Do
- Define, design, procure, and build automated machinery
- Create 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, and design layouts
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design (preferably in machine design)
- Willing to travel 50%
