Job Title: Fee Recovery Admin

Job Summary:

The Fee Recovery Administrator is responsible for creating and mailing collection packets to customer sites and following up with landlords.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare collection packages for delivery

• Create collection package by printing documents, mailing labels and shipping them via first-class and certified mail.
• Assign the issue to the Lease Management Specialist.
• Upload the contents of collection package to the Property Document Repository
• Prioritize work to achieve client Key Performance Indicators
• Provide activity tracking and reporting as required by established protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a Customer Service position required along with 2 years' clerical experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional friendly demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a courteous, professional telephone and written demeanor. Convey confidence in providing and receiving pertinent information.
• Ability to work under pressure and constantly make correct decisions with limited input.
• Proficient in MS Windows Applications, especially MS Excel.
• Must be able to be in office Monday through Friday during scheduled shift
