Entry Level Event Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with organizing community events, promotional activities, and event logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating community events and promotional activities
- Support event setup, operation, and breakdown
- Welcome attendees and provide general information about the company
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain organized event records and inventory
- Represent the company professionally at community events
Minimum Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for scheduled events
- Previous event or customer service experience is helpful but not required
