Part Time Office Assistant
Voorhees Insurance is excited to announce a new chapter under new ownership! We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant to join our growing agency.
Position Details:
- Part-time – 16 hours per week (Tuesday/Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST)
- Starting pay: $15/hour
- Opportunity for increased hours and pay after 90 days based on performance and growth
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Collecting customer payments
- Gathering quote information for new business opportunities
- Assisting with customer service requests
- Scheduling and organizing office tasks
- Basic office upkeep and organization
- Filing, data entry, and other administrative support duties
Qualifications:
- Insurance license is NOT required
- Office experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and professional attitude
- Looking for someone interested in growing into a long-term role with a growing agency
