About the Opportunity

We’re a leader in the aviation and aerospace industry, and we’re hiring a KC-46 Program Operations Coordinator to support the KC-46 Pegasus program. This on-site role in Columbus, Ohio is ideal for a detail-oriented, early-career professional who enjoys structured environments and working in ERP systems while gaining hands-on exposure to program operations, asset management, and logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the VP of Commercial Sales, KC-46 Asset Manager, and program team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
• Enter, update, and maintain program data in ERP systems.
• Organize program files, documentation, and key schedules.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing to support smooth program execution.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and internal records.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role (internships welcome).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; advanced skills a plus).
• Experience with ERP or similar business systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional teams.
• Eager to learn and grow in a program-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000–$70,000 salary , based on experience.
