Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner Specialist to support the Worldpay ServiceNow initiative. This role will involve aligning product goals with business strategies, managing backlogs, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, value-driven solutions. The position requires a strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and ServiceNow capabilities. The work schedule will follow US core hours.

Responsibilities:

• Align product goals with business strategy and define as well as communicate roadmap priorities.
• Lead Program Increment (PI) planning, manage Agile Release Train (ART) backlogs, and apply lean-agile principles effectively.
• Oversee backlog intake, refinement, and delivery across the full lifecycle of ServiceNow products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to drive alignment and ensure transparency in decision-making processes.
• Leverage technical acumen to understand ServiceNow capabilities and constraints, guiding scalable and value-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to align product goals with business strategies and define clear roadmap priorities.
• Expertise in SAFe Agile methodologies, including leading PI planning and managing ART backlogs.
• Experience in ServiceNow product ownership, including backlog management and lifecycle delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaboration and transparency.
• Technical understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints to guide effective solutions.

Pay Range: $80- $85

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
