• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nurses
• Assist residents with daily activities , including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Help with mealtime assistance and ensure proper nutrition
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Offer compassionate support and companionship to residents
• Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure top-quality care

• Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification in Ohio
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
