Location: Camelot East Apartments, 1400 Sherwood Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014.

Job Summary: At Camelot East Apartments, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes.

Responsibilities:

• Present apartments, houses, or other properties to prospective clients persuasively.
• Assist residential landlords in finding suitable tenants.
• Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
• Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial status to create personalized presentations.
• Provide accurate information about property features.
• Validate application details and references.
• Negotiate leasing terms and finalize agreements.
• Stay informed about the property market.
• Ensure proper maintenance and conduct periodic property inspections.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as a successful leasing consultant.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with leasing rules and regulations.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in sales and customer service.
• YARDI Proficiency: Experience using YARDI software is a must.
• Tech Skills: Basic understanding of MS Office.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver exquisite presentations and negotiate effectively.
• Marketing Savvy: Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques.
• Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach to interactions.
• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish Preferred

Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time, On-Site.
Weekend as needed.
8 HR Shift - M-F (9AM - 6PM)

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
