CDL-A Truck Driver - LP

● The position is 1099 with 90% towards 10% split payout of total gross

● No balloon payment at the end of the lease contract (it's a lease to own)

● $100 cash advance is available once per week upon delivery of the first load

PAY:

Pay is percentage-based. Lessee keeps 90 percent of the total revenue of the truck. Direct deposit will be made to the lessee's bank account every Friday with one week behind. All the loads delivered between Friday 00:01 AM to Thursday 11:59 PM will be paid on the following Friday's paycheck. The fi rst paycheck will be from 10 up to 14 days depending on which day the fi rst load was picked up. Statements are sent out to the lessee on Wednesday.

Weekly Expenses:

$290 Cargo/Liability and Physical damage insurance - Mega Bundle, weekly

$190 Trailer Lease and trailer insurance, weekly

$95 E-logs and dash cam, weekly

$55 Occupational insurance, weekly

$55 IFTA, weekly

● Annual Expenses

$2000 Registration, annually $550 Highway Use Tax 2290, annually

Security Deposit $2000 Security truck deposit will be taken out in the first 8 weeks, $250 per week. This amount goes towards the total price of the truck.

Trailers are also on a lease option, available brands are Wabash, Great Dane, and Utility, with years of production from 2020 - 2026. Aa

● Walk-away free from the lease:

Termination of the lease is possible for any reason with prior 2 weeks notice given without any consequences. We don't check credit scores and termination of the lease won't reflect on the lessee's personal credit score.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Two years of recent OTR experience

● Up to date Medical Card

● Valid CDL Class A

● No more than 3 speeding tickets or traffic violations in the past 3 years

● If you had an accident in the past 3 years, please provide a police report

● No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) - check here: FMCSA

● No DUI (Driving Under the Influence)

● Social Security Card (SSN)
