About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to build a long-term career in property management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance tasks as needed, with or without supervision
• Visually inspect HVAC systems and change filters as needed
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and communicate effectively with owners, vendors, and team members
• Assist with and learn basic plumbing, painting, electrical, and similar trades
• Perform and document monthly systems checks
• Safely and effectively use basic hand and power tools

Requirements

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift from ground level
• Ability to climb steps, ladders, and extension ladders, and perform work overhead
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and walk for the majority of the work shift
• Valid driver’s license
