**Key Responsibilities**

* Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for multiple clients
* Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes
* Maintain payroll records and employee data
* Prepare payroll reports and tax filings
* Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
* Support year-end processing and W-2 preparation
* Collaborate with HR and accounting teams
* Assist with payroll system implementations and upgrades

**Requirements**

* Associate degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
* Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations
* Proficiency in payroll software systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Payroll certification (CPP or FPC) preferred
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
