Landscape Technician Crew Member

Kah Landscaping, a family-owned leader in outdoor transformation since 1948, is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Landscape Technician Crew Members. With over 74 years of experience, Kah Landscaping is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and a supportive team culture. Crew Members are essential to building and maintaining beautiful, unique landscapes for clients, working outdoors in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Participate in a morning team meeting at 7:20 AM at the shop, followed by departure to the job site at 7:30 AM.
• Arrive on site by 8:00 AM to review daily production goals and begin landscape construction and maintenance tasks.
• Engage in a mid-morning progress check at 10:00 AM to assess and adjust plans as needed.
• Take a lunch break at 12:00 PM, then set new goals for the afternoon and continue project work.
• Conclude the day by celebrating team achievements, planning for future tasks, and returning to the shop by 4:30 PM to unload and reload materials.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of professional experience in landscaping or construction.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of pride in work and goal achievement.
• Quick to learn new skills and motivated to advance within the company.
• Positive attitude and energetic approach to daily tasks.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to embrace challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.

Compensation

$18 – $22.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level.
