RT Ops Solution Engineer

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an RT Ops Solution Engineer for an onsite position in New Albany, OH.
- Establishing a moderate understanding of the technologies and processes necessary for the development and support of Operational Technology (OT) Real Time tools and systems.
- Key responsibilities include providing application support for Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, as well as other applications utilized in Transmission Control Centers.
- Advanced understanding of the AVEVA PI (Plant Information) system, components, and processes
- Ability to understand interrelationships between systems and components
- Demonstrate critical thinking, urgency, and attention to detail to support real time operations
- Able to provide on rotation, after hours (24 x 7) on-call support
Nice-To-Have:
- Preferred intermediate to advanced experience supporting AVEVA PI, Operational Technology Systems, and their components
- AVEVA PI experience, especially with
PI Interfaces
PI Connectors
PI Integrators
PI Asset Framework/ PI Vision - Operational Technology experience – Power Plant Control Systems such as Ovation
- SCADA System related experience
- Understanding of Communications Protocols – OPC, Modbus, DNP, Ovation
- PI Installation & Administration
- Advanced Analytics using AVEVA PI
- C# .Net Development Experience.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- OR Associate's degree in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience
- OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- IT/OT System Administration
- IT/OT Application Support
- Cyber Security
- ADMS/DM/SEMS/OMS/SCADA
