We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to its growth and success.Duties- Process and manage warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Analyze and report on warranty claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve warranty-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and resolutions
- Assist with warranty-related training and development programs
- Stay up-to-date with warranty policies and procedures, and make recommendations for process improvements
Skills
- Experience in warranty administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Employment Position: Full Time
Salary: $48,000.00 - $74,000.00 Yearly
