ComResource is looking for a ServiceNow Developer.
We need someone to assist in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions focused on ITOM Event Management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow Event Management practices.
- Deliver ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Event, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration.
- Script and code ITOM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate within agile squads to deliver finalized solutions.
Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- ITIL v4+ Certification.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Desired:
- Familiarity with ITOM modules.
- Experience with SiteScope, Dynatrace, Splunk, and CMDB architecture.
