Mold and Die Tooling Fabrication Specialist

- Location: 3960 S Marginal Rd, Cleveland, OH 44114
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
What You’ll Do
- Own the mechanical construction of molds and dies using proven mold-making methods.
- Lead several tooling builds at once, from plan to completion.
- Translate design blueprints into actionable build strategies.
- Hold extremely tight tolerances; verify quality by inspecting your own work.
- Set up and operate Bridgeport mills, grinders, saws, and EDM equipment.
- Partner with Engineering and Programming to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Follow Corporate EHS, Quality, and HR policies; wear required PPE.
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
- Five or more years of toolmaking/mold making experience.
- Your own tools and toolbox.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- State-issued Journeymen’s papers for Tool & Die and/or Mold Making, or 8+ years of job shop experience.
- Prior experience constructing turbine/airfoil molds and dies (strongly preferred).
- Effective teamwork and communication within a die-making team and cell environment.
- Solid math and trigonometry skills.
- Deep understanding of tooling processes.
