We are seeking a Mitigation Sales Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our mitigation sales team. This role is all about driving results—maximizing lead-to-job conversions and helping our customers move from disruption to restoration, with confidence and care.

What you’ll be doing:
This is a full-time, in-office leadership role, Monday–Friday from 7:15am–4:30pm. Regular responsibilities include:
- Maximize lead-to-job conversions to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
- Coach, lead, retain, and hold accountable a high-performing sales team
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy , playbook, and process
- Advise the Mitigation Operations Manager on improvements to sales approach, customer feedback, and operational efficiencies
- Track, report, and drive key sales metrics , providing hands-on support to achieve them
- Maintain a healthy, fun, and competitive culture , ensuring every team member brings their best
- Being on-call every 6-8 weeks , responding to after-hours calls, working as a part of the Restoration/Mitigation team (removing/demoing damaged materials at customer locations)
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check (no violent offenses or criminal convictions that prevent the candidate from working around children) as well as have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 3+ years sales experience with a high closing ratio
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in restoration, home services, or construction
- Competitive but collaborative—driven by winning as a team, not at the expense of others
- Naturally curious and analytical—constantly looking for ways to optimize pipeline, process, and people
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Proficient in CRMs, sales reporting, and digital tools (Gmail, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
- Comfortable visiting job sites, understanding scope, and translating technical needs into winning sales strategies
