HR Assistant
Human Resources Assistant – Immediate Openings with Acloche
Acloche is seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant for a long‑term opportunity. If you’re searching for a stable role with great benefits and a supportive team, this is an excellent fit.
Position Overview:
The HR Assistant will support a wide range of administrative and human resources functions . Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing.
- Tracking employee reviews.
- Reviewing call‑off logs and updating timekeeping records.
- I‑9 processing.
- Data entry and general computer work.
- Using MS Office and MS Excel.
- Supporting HR operations as needed.
Previous experience performing HR assistant duties is required.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Start time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
- 8‑hour shifts with a 30‑ or 60‑minute lunch
- Full‑time, long‑term assignment
Compensation:
- $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
