We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to support day-to-day AR operations at our Tiffin, Ohio location. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Proficiency in Excel and a service-oriented mindset are essential, while experience with cash application is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections to maintain strong customer relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Utilize strong Excel skills for financial tracking and reporting.

• Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries and issues.

• Apply cash receipts accurately and efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Accounting principles.

• Strong Customer Service skills.

• Experience in Collections.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word.

• Experience with Finance operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cash application processes.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is ideal, though not mandatory.

Work Environment

This position is based in-office, sharing a workspace with two accounts payable colleagues and one other accounts receivable professional. The environment fosters collaboration and offers a great opportunity to gain experience and establish a foothold within the company. Dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Tiffin, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
