Production Associate

Production Associate - 1st 2nd and 3rd Shift - Pay $18 - $20/hr

Shift Description:

• 1st Shift - 7:30am - 3:00pm
• 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am

Job Description:

As a Production Associate, you will perform various tasks on the production floor, ensuring all duties are completed safely and efficiently. This role involves operating industrial sewing equipment and machinery to cut tarps to appropriate sizes, setting up and adjusting machinery between runs, and conducting quality checks on finished products. You will also oversee multiple production lines as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and make necessary adjustments to machinery between production runs.
• Perform quality checks on finished products, inspecting color, size, measurements, and defects.
• Oversee multiple production lines as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Essential Skills:

• Comfortable working on feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to multi-task and work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with packaging, assembly, inspection, and packing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with construction, power tools, forklifts, and CNC machinery is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.25/hr.
