Data Entry Processor

Mack Sales & Service is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Data Entry Processor to support our administrative operations. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who excel at processing large volumes of information with high speed and absolute precision. You will play a vital role in ensuring our digital records are accurate, organized, and readily available for our management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain information within company databases and specialized software.
  

• Review source documents for errors or missing information and resolve discrepancies before processing.
  

• Sort and organize digital files to optimize data retrieval and long-term storage.
  

• Perform routine data audits to maintain the integrity and security of our record-keeping systems.
  

• Communicate effectively with team members in a remote environment to coordinate task priorities and meet deadlines.
  

• Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols to protect company information.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Processor, Clerk, or in a similar administrative capacity.
  

• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (tested proficiency is preferred).
  

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general database management.
  

• Ability to stay focused and productive while working in a remote capacity.
  

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
  

• High school diploma required; further technical training or certification is a plus.
