Position Overview:
We are urgently searching for a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant (ASAP) to support daily administrative operations, assist with office coordination, and help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow at our Cincinnati, OH location.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and ordering materials as needed.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management for team members.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Assist with preparing reports, documents, and internal paperwork.
- Coordinate with team members to support daily office operations and workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work with discretion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
