New Horizons Baking Company has a proud legacy in food production, supporting some of the most iconic brands in the industry. Since 1967, we've been a trusted supplier of ready-to-eat hamburger buns and English muffins, proudly serving over 2,000 quick-service restaurants across the Midwest, along with national retail and sandwich makers.
Headquartered in Norwalk, Ohio, we also operate facilities in Toledo, Columbus, and Fremont, Indiana—each playing a vital role in our growing network. Our newest state-of-the-art facility, located just south of Hilliard (West Columbus, OH), began bun production in 2025 with a cutting-edge line capable of producing over 8,000 dozen hamburger buns per hour. We are also scheduled to begin producing pancakes this year, further expanding our capabilities and product offerings.
Our sister company, New Horizons Food Solutions , focuses on innovative ingredient manufacturing. From custom seasonings, flavors, and functional blends to high-quality soups, sauces, spice blends, and nutritional fortifications, we deliver culinary solutions that prioritize freshness, quality, and creativity through advanced kettle cook and packaging operations.
We cultivate and embrace a diverse team member population, recognizing that people with varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives fuel our growth and enrich our workplace culture.
