Boat Technician

Mig Marine is seeking experienced boat and yacht mechanics to join our team! We design and build recreational vehicles and performance boats from 100% fiberglass composites. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your mechanical skills.

The right individuals will need to have good work ethics, communication skills, get along well with others, take direction and be willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for repair and maintenance of RVs, boats, motors, and trailers.
• Installation of appliances, bathroom fixtures, electrical and plumbing is included in the daily tasks.
• Conform to design specifications, company quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate safe work practices including safe operation of hand/power tools.
• Ensure that completed work meets quality standards.

Qualifications :

• 3 years boat or yacht mechanic or installer experience required
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
