Facilities Maintenance Engineer

**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within our facility. We offer a supportive environment and are open to training entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in their careers. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, and other HVAC/electrical systems. + Conduct electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment. + Work under the supervision of the Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician. + Handle HVAC systems including rooftop units, refrigerants, filter changes, coil cleaning, motor exchanges, and building automation. + Manage plumbing tasks such as sinks, drains, piping, and automatic flush toilets. + Maintain life safety systems including fire, sprinkler, and alarm systems. + Perform electrical tasks including lights, outlets, sockets, switches, and motors. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of maintenance experience or relevant schooling in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems. + Ability to work on HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + EPA Universal 608 certification is preferred. + Forklift certification is a plus. + Boom/scissor lift certification is advantageous. + Experience in carpentry is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** We provide excellent benefits, competitive pay, and ample opportunities for advancement.
