Line Cook
We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our staff. We offer higher than average wages and have full-time positions available. Compensation based on skills and experience. Only serious candidates need to apply. A $500 signing bonus and three paid days off after 6 months of service will be granted.
Tired of working long hours every night and on the weekends? Our family-owned restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday 11:30am - 8:00pm. Responsibilities:- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the kitchen manager and follow instructions.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant cooking required.
- You must be able to work on weekends.
- Have your own transportation.
