Shift: 1st- 6:30 am - 7:00 pm (17.50 an hour)

3rd- 6:30 pm - 7:00 am (18.50 an hour)

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for checking products for quality and packaging them. You will work collaboratively with others to complete tasks and maintain standards. Additionally, you may assist in training new employees, work with operators, clean equipment, and perform other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Proficient in inspection and quality control.
• Material handling and packaging skills.
• Experience in assembly and visual inspection.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive motion of the limbs.
• Flexibility to bend, twist, squat, and reach.
• Adaptability to work in excessively noisy environments.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather or extreme temperatures.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Work Environment

This position operates solely in a factory setting, requiring you to stand for long periods and occasionally walk the plant floor in a non-climate-controlled environment. Shifts are structured with a mix of day and night hours, providing flexibility and regular weekends off. The schedule follows a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off rotation, with shift timings of 6:30 AM to 7 PM for A and C shifts, and 6:30 PM to 7 AM for B and D shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, DE.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
