**Production Laborer (Temp-to-Hire)**

**Location:** Mantua, OH
**Pay Rate:** $17.85 per hour
**Schedule:** Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 5:00 PM 5:00 AM
**Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire

**Job Summary**

A growing manufacturing facility in the Mantua area is seeking dependable Production Laborers to join its team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
* Assist with manufacturing and assembly processes.
* Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
* Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
* Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.

**Qualifications**

* Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
* Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.

**Requirements**

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
* Attendance is critical; candidates must demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
* Must be able to work the scheduled shift consistently.
