Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and growing revenue through the sale of staffing and workforce solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and key decision-makers.

• Conduct client needs assessments and present customized staffing solutions.

• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and service agreements.

• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.

• Track activity and opportunities within the company CRM system.

• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive services.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record of success.

• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Previous experience selling staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or related services.

• Existing network of business contacts within the local market.

• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus unlimited commission potential

• Target earnings of $60,000+ annually
