Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of custom fabrication projects from concept through delivery. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, project-based environment where no two projects are the same.

Responsibilities

· Lead projects from scope definition through design, production, and final delivery

· Develop and manage project plans (scope, schedule, budget)

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

· Coordinate across Design, Engineering, and Production teams

· Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders

· Lead meetings, capture requirements, and maintain alignment

· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

· Manage project scope changes and documentation

· Track project performance and report progress to leadership

· Prepare and deliver client updates (weekly/monthly)

· Support client invoicing and track project financials

· Coordinate vendors, contractors, and external partners

· Maintain clear project documentation and records

· Contribute to process improvements and PM best practices

Requirements

· 3+ years of custom fabrication project management experience

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or production environments

· Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar tools

· Experience with budgeting, invoicing, or financial tracking

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: $65,000-75,000 + bonus potential based on experience

Additional Details

· This is an in-person role based in Cincinnati, Ohio

· Limited travel may be required depending on project needs
