Dealership Service Porter Job:

Dealership Service Porter Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the auto group parking lot.
• Work with the auto group service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
• Must be capable of shoveling or removing snow and spreading ice melter
• Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.
• Service customer needs with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to travel to local banks, title bureaus, etc.
• Must possess a cell phone
• Normal work hours are 2 days a week from 0700am-0500pm
• must be flexible to substitute if necessary

Dealership Service Porter Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Candidates are required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Great customer service and communication skills are necessary.
