Customer Service Representative - Dublin

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, creating a positive and welcoming store environment.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about promotions and loyalty programs, and ensure a high level of service at all times.
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards.
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers.
• Support overall store operations and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and initiating conversations.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, repetitive lifting, and regularly lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
