Senior IT Contract Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior IT Contract Analyst in Cleveland, OH. This person will be responsible for developing, defining, and implementing company wide IT contract strategies, policies, and procedures while protecting the company's financial, legal, contractual, and future business interests. They will manage and negotiate technology contracts including software licensing, hardware purchases, cloud services, telecommunications, maintenance and support, and professional services, while ensuring vendor cost consistency, compliance, and adherence to established agreements. This role partners closely with IT management, legal, and business owners across the organization to support risk assessment, optimize and process contract renewals in a timely manner, drive process improvements across vendor and contract management, and clearly communicate contract negotiation strategies while building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business)

4+ years IT and/or Business experience 4+ years of contract management experience.

Understanding of general contractual terms and conditions.

Understanding of IT technologies such as SaaS solutions, infrastructure hardware or cloud platforms

Understanding of business operations. Experience managing IT contracts and renewal
