Lead Operator
Job Description
A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Operator to join their site in Cambridge, OH. This person will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing plant equipment, transferring chemicals, controlling instruments, and coordinating maintenance efforts as necessary. This role will involve driving a forklift to load and unload material in support of warehouse activities, performing administrative tasks to maintain the manufacturing process in an efficient and safe manner, and overseeing a team of 3-10 Operators. The pay rate for this role is $22-23/hr, based on experience.
