Office Assistant
- Administrative Support
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain organized office files, both digital and physical.
- Document Management
- Help prepare and organize project documentation, contracts, and invoices.
- Support claims specialists and project managers with uploading and tracking files.
- Data Entry & Reporting
- Accurately input information into the company's CRM and office systems.
- Generate internal reports as needed to support operations and project tracking.
- Office Coordination
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
- Weekly pay cycle
- Part-time schedule with flexible hours

- Part-time: Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours; approximately 20-25 hours per week
- In-person position based in Elyria, OH
- Occasional on-site support for projects may be required
