Territory: Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, OH Shift:
Day Shift: (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: Base Salary: $55,000-$80,000 with as strong performance-based bonuses and commission potential that can bring total on-target earnings at or above $150,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Toxicology Laboratory Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship-building, account management, and new client acquisition across the Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati markets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of clinical or toxicology laboratory testing services, proven sales success, and a passion for developing long-term partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base within assigned territory.
· Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, treatment centers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
· Present and promote the company’s toxicology testing services and capabilities to prospective and existing clients.
· Collaborate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimal service delivery.
· Identify market trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities to drive growth.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through a combination of new account acquisition and existing client retention.
· Provide regular reports, forecasts, and territory updates to management.
· Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2–3 years of successful sales experience in clinical, diagnostic, or toxicology laboratory services.
· Strong understanding of medical terminology, laboratory testing, and healthcare compliance.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve measurable sales goals.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
