What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fast casual or quick service restaurant

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to build, coach, and motivate high-performing teams

• Strong knowledge of P&L management , food and labor cost controls, and staffing strategies

• A passion for guest satisfaction and the ability to create an upbeat, welcoming environment

• A creative thinker who enjoys community involvement , fundraising, and local store marketing

• An energetic, hands-on leader with a positive and professional attitude
