Full-Stack Application Developer

Join our development team and help create an innovative cloud-based software solution that could become a cornerstone of Xiting’s success story. From day one, you’ll work on a complex, forward-looking product, actively shaping its architecture, features, and emerging use cases.

In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to developing our new software XCP, bringing your expertise to the table. Expect to dive into technically challenging work, explore new use cases, and enjoy a high degree of autonomy within the team:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern fullstack web applications, collaborating closely with the existing development team
• Build new features and optimize existing components using cutting-edge technologies
• Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of our applications
• Contribute to innovative solutions and new use cases within a complex software project
• Work closely with other developers, cross-functional teams, and technical product management
• Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing systems
• Participate in code reviews and help continuously improve our development processes
• Provide third-level support and technical assistance to our customers

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in fullstack web development (SQL database, backend & frontend)
• Strong skills in TypeScript (React) and Node.js
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
• Good understanding of software architectures and design principles
• Ability to quickly learn new topics and independently develop solutions
• Team player, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
• Fluent in German and English with excellent negotiation skills
