ASSISTANT PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
The Washington County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking one or two qualified applicants for an immediate opening as a full-time Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. One position will independently manage a felony caseload and represent the State of Ohio in criminal matters at the trial level before the Washington County Court of Common Pleas under the general supervision of the Prosecuting Attorney. The second position may have a hybrid caseload involving criminal, juvenile, and Children’s Services matters. There is flexibility in the latter position, and it will be structured based upon the interests and qualifications of the best applicant. Starting salary $75,000 - $85,000 will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio.
