*A local organization is seeking an individual to answer phones, receive and distribute mail and packages, greet incoming guests, enter orders, receive and process products, and print mailing labels. In addition, you will research tax information and last deed of records and process comparable properties. You will work 5 days a week around 30 hours between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but could become full-time. *
Qualified candidates must have clerical office/receptionist experience, must be computer literate, must have strong communication, organizational, and telephone skills, must have an eye for detail with strong multi-tasking skills, and must have be friendly and professional, along with having patience and compassion. **Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
