In this role, you will assist customers, coordinate service requests, and communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transportation services. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, services, and company procedures. * Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs and resolve issues. * Enter, update, and maintain customer information, orders, and service notes in company systems. * Handle complaints and service concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required). * Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer knowledge and accurate data entry skills.
