Job Description: As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Supporting clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Administering medications as per the care plan.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs.
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide is preferred.
- Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
