Procurement Manager – EPC High Voltage Power Delivery
Seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead a team of procurement specialists supporting large-scale Transmission & Distribution and Substation projects. This role requires deep knowledge of high-voltage electrical components and proven leadership in managing procurement teams.Requirements
- 8+ years’ of Electrical Power Transmission & Distribution infrastructure project procurement.
- Direct high-voltage sourcing experience.
- 2+ years’ of direct line people leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop procurement and expediting staff.
- Oversee sourcing, negotiations, and contract awards for high-voltage packages (switchgear, transformers, wire & cable, conduit, substation assemblies).
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical specs and schedules.
- Monitor budgets, supplier performance, and delivery timelines; mitigate supply chain risks.
- Maintain and grow vendor relationships within the electrical infrastructure sector.
Preferred : EPC background, strong vendor network, experience supporting estimating and BD teams.
