Installation Technician

Specific Duties/Accountabilities:

Install commercial refrigeration systems and related equipment to manufacturer specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and other documents related to installations. Perform regular service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration units, ensuring optimal performance. Be safety-conscious by adhering to OSHA guidelines and practicing proper safety protocols on all job sites. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment. Improve installation and brazing techniques continually to enhance efficiency and quality of work. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear, friendly, and professional communication. Stay up to date on services and solutions offered by the company. Work diligently to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Basic Qualifications: General building and tool experience is required. Ability to travel out of town and work nights when needed. Commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration experience is preferred. Brazing experience is preferred. Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities. Willingness to perform all aspects of supermarket installation.
