**Duties:

**

-Work in a safe and professional manner including following lockout and tagout procedures.

-Perform preventive maintenance procedures on all types of production equipment.

-Perform all types of troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment without direct supervision.

-Make equipment modifications as needed to improve safety and productivity.

-Train mechanics as needed.Assist set-up personnel and machine operators as needed.

-Mechanic will follow the preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to the schedule provided within the IQMS system.

-All PM documentation will be made in IQMS.

-Responsible for keeping the maintenance department clean and orderly.

-Communicate clearly with other employees daily to share information to ensure that the team meets production goals.

**Skills:

**

-Must understand basic hydraulic and pneumatic

-Maintenance electromechanical experience

-PLC and computer Knowledge is helpful

-Knowledge of basic machine shop procedures is required.

-Good troubleshooting skills

*Must be able to work 1day on weekends either Saturday or Sunday.

Schedule:-Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm

-Evening shift: 2:00pm-1o:30pm

-Night shift: 10:00pm-6:30am

-Overtime

-Weekends as needed
