Administrative Customer Service Assistant - Remote | WFH

**Job Title: Facility Support and Customer Service Assistant**

**Estimated Pay: $16.25 to $21 per hour**

**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Facility Support and Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our facility and Customer Service team, allowing them to focus on their core objectives. You will also serve as a backup for the Customer Service Assistant role, assisting with data entry tasks.

**What You Will Do:**

- **Welcome Visitors:** Greet contractors and delivery personnel, guiding them to the appropriate areas of the building for service and maintenance. Ensure tasks and deliveries are completed by signing paperwork, obtaining copies for records, and communicating any post-visit instructions.

- **Coordinate with Cleaning Services:** Collaborate with the cleaning company to ensure all tasks within the scope of work are completed satisfactorily.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order office and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Assist with document retention tasks, including boxing documents for storage and tracking destruction dates.
- Help organize social events and fundraising activities, including ordering lunch, purchasing materials, and assisting with event setup and cleanup.
- Support the development of an electronic filing structure and maintain accurate file organization.
- Keep safety-related certifications and instructions current and accessible (e.g., CPR certification, evacuation paths).
- Organize and maintain documentation related to office and building layouts.

- **IT Support:**
- Act as the point of contact for remote IT teams, coordinating troubleshooting activities for resolution.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of office equipment and organizing on-hand items.

- **Customer Service Support:**
- Enter daily quotes into the quote system, including No Bid/No Quote information.
- Input daily quote award information and bid tabs into the quote system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Need to Be Successful:**

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry.
