Executive Assistant/Senior Companion Coordinator

ABCAP is accepting resumes or applications for an Executive Assistant/Senior Companion Coordinator. This full-time, Monday through Friday position provides critical, high-level administrative support to the Administrative, Planning, and HR departments and serves as primary support to the Executive Director, including:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Preparing monthly reports, presentations, and other documents

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Gathering and preparing data quarterly and annually for required reports

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Recording, creating, and distributing meeting minutes

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Scheduling and coordinating agency and board meetings, events, and travel

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Managing the Executive Director's calendar

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Overseeing the Senior Companion Program, including staff supervision and client placements

Qualifications:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred and two years related experience and/or training.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other current software

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Proficient with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record meeting agency fleet insurance standards.
