About the Role: As a PSSR, you'll play a crucial role in growing our aftermarket business. You'll be on the front lines, visiting job sites and customer locations to promote OEM and aftermarket parts, preventative maintenance contracts, telematics, inspections, and more. This is a field-based role with 80% travel within your local territory, typically 12 hours from our Dublin branch. Key Responsibilities: Build lasting relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions Sell service contracts, parts, attachments, inspections, and extended warranties Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for machine sales Stay up to date on product offerings and educate customers Collaborate with internal teams and attend events and training sessions Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical school or college preferred Four or more years of experience in sales, service, or partsequipment or mechanical background a plus Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and general internet navigation Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and on the road Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $50,000$60,000 (depending on experience) Commission/Bonus Potential: Up to $30,000 annually MOTUS vehicle reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, and critical incident insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career growth in a stable, family-owned company Why Join Southeastern Equipment?
